Manizha Shukurova
Manizha Shukurova is a public figure and coordinator of international cultural projects.
Having lived in Austria for many years, she has consistently worked to strengthen cultural, humanitarian, and public relations between countries and communities.
She holds a degree in Economics from the Tajik State University and also graduated from the State Institute of Oriental Studies in Tashkent, Uzbekistan. Her academic background in economics and Oriental studies has provided her with a deep understanding of cultural, social, and international affairs.
The Paivand Association represents the continuation of her lifelong commitment to culture, education, and the preservation of Tajik national heritage, as well as her sincere dedication to presenting Tajikistan to the world as a country of profound history, remarkable beauty, and genuine human warmth.

Eduard Babadustov
Eduard Babadustov is a public and cultural figure, as well as a performer of both European classical music and traditional Tajik music, which he regards as an essential part of his personal and cultural identity.
Having lived in Austria for more than forty years, he has remained deeply connected to the culture, history, and musical heritage of Tajikistan. Through music, he preserves and shares a living tradition that unites memory, spirituality, and continuity across generations.
His father, Amnun Babadustov, was a distinguished cultural figure whose significant contributions helped shape the artistic and cultural development of Tajikistan. His creative and public legacy remains an important part of the country’s cultural heritage.
Continuing this family tradition of serving culture and society, Eduard Babadustov actively contributes to the work of Paivand, combining musical heritage, community engagement, and international cultural dialogue.
